Related?basic concepts are necessary to mention as well, since they will be important when?managers assign tasks, considering the specificity and proficiency of individual?competences. It is important to consider concepts related to the field of competence and?the intended results regarding each sphere of activity. Thus, it is recommended that the?organization design a map of responsibilities and attributions to facilitate the diagnosis of?any gap or an excessive level of competences present in the organization.
