The paper proposed approach for demand assessment of retailer in residential zone. Implications made for on one of the consumer’s zone. Accordance with the algorithm for determining the boundaries of the area servicing the retailers, the service zone was established. On the next stage the urban trading area of service was determine, 11 retailers were found and underline, the zone was divided into 10 districts. A origin-destination matrix of distances from the zone of households to the retailer was calculated, also, in this section the factor of non-linearity and slope factor were estimated. Limitations consist of data used in experiment. Further, the probability of visiting retailers was estimated. The regression models of parameters of purchase process were established.
