The aim of the article is to indicate the main factors affecting the creation and management of networks in horse industry. The network approach is currently one of the main models for the implementation of economic and social activities. This approach is also visible in the area of the horse industry, whose author's model is the basis of the presented analyzes. The article focuses on the main determinants of the creation and management of network systems, such as: the specificity of the main good and the process of its creation, relations that create entities that are a participant of the system and the specificity of the entities themselves. The article was based on the analysis of literature and documents as well as participant observations, and as a result of empirical research conducted by the author since 2002.
