Managers’ Perception Of Spaces In Organization- Qualitative Research Report

Abstract :

The paper presented to Readers is a study reporting on a preliminary results of qualitative research?conducted among a managerial staff of enterprises. The area of research was an analysis of a?perception of space in organizations. The results of the research indicate a significance of an inner?workspace (microspaces), its image (light in space) and an importance of a common canteen, a?place of rest in a company (shared space). The results of the research are part of the stream of?interpretation of space as materiality of organizational space.
