Organizational justice and organizational commitment. Relations and interdependence of phenomena

Abstract :

The article presents the problem of dependency between perceived of organizational justice and organizational commitment. In this article, factors supporting organizational commitment related to criteria of organizational justice proposed by J. Colquitt and R. Moorman where analyzed.?Authors have reviewed literature in the field of employees’ organizational commitment and perceived organizational justice especially concerning on relations between particular aspects of both organizational phenomena. Based on this research authors find that there is no published research of testing R. Moorman and J. Colquitt scales in area of relation between particular aspects of organizational justice proposed by these authors and organizational commitment. In this case the aim of presented article was to examine the relation between organizational commitment (and its dimensions) and perceived organizational justice (and its dimensions).?The findings of this study show which measurement reflects more conveniently the level of perceived justice.
