To this end, a survey study was conducted in 2019 which collected responses from 315 purposively selected teams members in public, for-profit or nonprofit organizations. The Kruskal-Wallis test was performed to test the validity of the formulated hypotheses. The obtained results may suggest the existence of differences between the cognitive and affective-motivational aspects in the approach to teamwork.
