Polish Armed Forces, as the forces and means allocated by Poland to secure its interests and to fight, are a specific organization - an element of the defense system designed for the effective implementation of security policy. Despite this special status, as an institution, they are subject to human resource management processes similar to other organizations, including the search for personnel capable of carrying out statutory tasks. In the modern world, this means using all available recruitment channels, including social media.?The aim of this study was to analyze the use of social media in the recruitment processes conducted by Territorial Military Administration Units. The paper presents the results of qualitive analysis Facebook profiles of this units. The obtained results indicate that however almost all of them use Facebook, mostly for recruitment and promotion of military service, the quality of that use is rather poor and needs strategic improvement.
